Our experience with Basin Dental has been very positive. We are very confident in the staff—they are all very professional. Until this last trip to the dentist, our visits have been primarily for cleaning, etc. The trip this week was for a replaced bridge of 35 years or more, which turned out to be worse that Dr. Flitton had anticipated. I was in the chair for 3 hours being worked on, which included a tooth removal and preparation for a new bridge. I was very impressed with the level of perfection in every aspect of the procedure. We are confident in knowing that when we visit their office, we do receive the best possible care available. We would highly recommend Basin Dental to all. —Marino Ganz

I wondered how my 6 year old daughter would do getting a filling put back in that popped out from another dentist because of the numbing shot and all that it entailed but the dentist and his staff were awesome to say the least. I was going there for my first implants. First, Lisa had called earlier in the week to ensure I was taking my premedication and ask how I was doing and if I felt okay about the upcoming procedure. On the day of the procedure, the staff and Dr. Flitton where very pleasant and took time to explain the procedure and what to expect. During the process both Dr. Flitton and Brittney, his assistant keep asking me if I was okay. Upon finishing Dr. Flitton explained that I had hard jaw bones which made me an excellent candidate for implants which made me feel good. He explained how the rest of the implant process would take place and why the waiting period was necessary. I was made very comfortable during this whole procedure and never felt any pain. Later that evening Dr. Flitton call me at home to check and see how I was doing and if I experienced any pain. I was literally pain-free following their instructions. What a great experience this was. Thanks to all the staff members and Dr. Flitton for making this experience so great! —Craig Webster

The Staff and Dr. Flitton were highly professional and took extra time to explain the procedure for implants in terms anyone could understand. They showed samples of what the guide would look like and how the procedure would take go and how much time it should take providing no unusual circumstances. Very impressed. Then after Dr. Flitton finished and I was satisfied with his explanation he turned me over to Lisa to explain what benefits and cost both my insurance should pay and approximate cost I would be responsible. I was there for over two hours getting information and an exam. I had been told I need a root canal and Dr. Flitton didn’t come to the same conclusion he stated in his opinion he did not think I needed one at this time. I have let my teeth go beyond what I should. I have the need for a lot of work. I will continue to come back to Basin Dental for all my work. They did a complete diagnostic that included a wisdom tooth problem that had not been found by any other dentist. They created a plan based on pain, decay and everything else. They let me decide how much and when. I recently had other medical issues so I needed to spread out the cost. The plan they gave me let me do that. All the employees are professional and have a great bedside manner. I would recommend Basin dental to anyone. —Paul Harbath
Had to have a tooth implant. Thought it would be awful not to bad. No pain just a small amount of pressure. After the surgery had a very small amount of discomfort. But expected due to surgery.
